SHIPPING POLICY — CSShop

Thank you for shopping with CSShop. We want your experience to be smooth and transparent from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery within the United States.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders below $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destination
CSShop currently ships to US addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days, email us at Csshop75@yahoo.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it: check with neighbours, check all delivery spots, wait 24 hours, then contact us.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately at Csshop75@yahoo.com if you spot an error — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
